Chapter Fourteen: Bittersweet Reflections
Dear Diary,
The blessed day finally arrived, Diary!!! Three months after the children’s school shut down, my governess duties concluded on Friday. However, now that we have gone a few days without observing our previous routine, I have to admit it feels rather bittersweet.

It is progressively harder to keep track, but today marks a full month of quarantine. My governess duties are more and more manageable and I am very happy to report that my French is improving dramatically by the day! .
